Introduction

This policy explains how the AliBox mobile app (ps.alibox.app) handles your data. The app accompanies the AliBox online store at alibox.ps, a fashion and beauty retailer in Palestine.

By using the app you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Data we collect

No account is required to browse or even to place an order. We collect only what the service needs:

About the device identifier

It is a random number generated on your device — not a hardware serial number and not an advertising ID. It cannot identify you personally and is permanently erased when you uninstall the app.

What we do not collect

We do not request or track your location.
We do not access contacts, messages or files.
No advertising trackers and no interest profiling.
We never sell your data and do not share it for marketing.
The app never handles payment card data — payment is cash on delivery.

Permissions the app requests

Internet: to load products and submit orders.
Photos (optional): requested only at the moment you choose a profile picture. Declining does not affect shopping.
Notifications (optional): for order status and offers. You may decline or disable them at any time in your phone settings.

Who we share data with

Delivery company: name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
Hosting provider: stores the store's data on its servers.
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: used solely to deliver notifications, if you enable them.
Authorities: where we are legally required to.

We share with no one else, and we never sell your data.

How long we keep data

Order data: retained for accounting records and after-sales service.
Account data: kept while your account exists.
Data stored on your device (cart, language, your order list): removed when you uninstall.

Your rights

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct anything inaccurate.
Delete your account and data — send a request from your registered email or phone number to hazem.sala7@gmail.com, or contact us on the number below.
Turn notifications off at any time.

We action deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your personal data; we may retain past order records to the extent required for accounting and legal purposes.

Security

Traffic to our servers uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date above.
